I build tools for scientists using modern technology and machine learning to accelerate reproducible discovery from human neuroimaging data.

I'm interested in encouraging the adoption of reproducible research practices, making it easier to transparently share data and analyses, and facilitating the re-use of open datasets. I've focused on developing interoperable standards, and building accessible software libraries and web-based platforms.

Some recent highlights include:

  • Neuroscout, a platform for fast and flexible re-analysis of (naturalistic) fMRI studies.
  • Neurosynth Compose, a free and open platform for neuroimaging meta-analysis.
  • BIDS StatsModels, a specification for neuroimaging statistical models.
